    The initial investment depends on location, store size, and format. Small kiosks (starting at 100 sq. ft.) begin at $100,000, while flagship stores (up to 2,500 sq. ft.) start at $350,000+.     In markets where Gong cha is already established, opening a store typically takes a few weeks to three months. In new markets, the process may take four to eight months.

    Once your application is approved, key steps include credit checks, business plan reviews, location approval, store construction, training, marketing preparation, and operational setup. Our process is designed to streamline your journey to opening day.
