Our Tea Leaves
All tea leaves come from the same bush - Camellia sinensis, but not all teas are the same. The growing conditions, farming, and preservation techniques transform and define their flavour. Choose your favourite tea variety, from refreshing and floral, to bold and astringent.

Cultivating and Harvesting
Our tea is grown in high altitude gardens, in soil rich with minerals, and weather conditions with the right amount of sunlight, rainfall and wind to produce tea leaves with deep flavours.
Geographic Location
Slow-grown for quality
Our tea gardens, located at altitudes above 1,000 metres, provide the ideal conditions for slow leaf growth. This extended process enhances the concentration of flavours and aroma, resulting in a richer, more distinctive tea.
Harvesting
Timing and Precision
Our harvesting process prioritises timing and craftsmanship to ensure only the finest leaves are selected for the perfect cup. Green tea is picked in early spring, followed by oolong in late spring, and black tea during summer’s peak season.
Transformation
From Leaf to Flavour
Tea leaves are carefully withered to reduce moisture and enhance aromas. Green tea is rolled and pan-fired, oolong is partially oxidised and roasted, and black tea is fully oxidised. Jasmine tea is delicately flower-infused, while Earl Grey is flavoured with essential oils.
